Senior Engineer
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will span the planning, design, and execution phases, requiring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management capabilities. Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Manage budgets, timelines, and teams to ensure successful project completion.
Required years of experience: – 10 to 12 Years + 2 to 3 years in the same position.
Junior Engineer
As a junior engineer in a company, you will have a range of duties and responsibilities that support the project’s progress and ensure everything is executed as planned. A junior engineer in a construction company assists with project planning, site supervision, and technical support by helping with design reviews, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Required years of experience: – 3 to 4 Years.
Site Supervisors
As a site supervisor in a construction company, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and handle resource allocation, including materials and equipment.
